Outbreaks of drug-resistant tuberculosis in Africa and Eastern Europe that are often complicated by HIV/AIDS show no signs of slowing, researchers reported last week at the 15th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in Boston, Reuters Health reports.
